THE DOWNINGS

The Downings will comprise 117 apartments in three buildings:

Downings Tower: 69 new build apartments within a 10 storey building with commanding views over Gloucester and the canal following on from Downings Malthouse. Available 2026.

The Malthouse: 48 new apartments within a conserved heritage building available in Autumn 2025.

High Orchard Warehouse: 6 new apartments including our show flats in a self-contained warehouse available in the Spring 2025.

Apartments sizes range from Studios to Three bedrooms.
